How to apply leaves: use a pattern
Depends on the rule of absence work hours.
When it depends on the employee
Even if the same vacation schedule is used, it is the setting method when the discretionary leave hours differs depending on the employee .
Mr. Taro has a total leave of 8 hours,
Absent from work, Hanako-san is different from the estimated leave time of 7 hours 30 minutes.
Precondition
Settings> Employees > Employee type settings> Corresponding employment category [Edit]> Basic information tab [Details] > Contract working hours per day
Alternatively, it is assumed that the settings> Employees> Employee Settings > Applicable Employee [Edit]> Employment Information Tab [Details]> Contracted Working Hours of Day are registered.
*If both are registered, the registered contents of employee settings will be given priority.
Setting up
Settings> Schedule > Pattern settings > [Display]> [Edit] of vacation pattern> Leave information tab Click [Details].
Check [ Calculate as working hours by considering contracted working hours per day] that is set for each employee type or employee, and click [Register].
If you assign a vacation pattern to that day, it will be counted as leave hours.
*After changing the setting, time data recalculation is required to apply to past hours.

Even if you register the same [holiday] schedule as shown in the figure below, the time considered as vacation differs.
Depending on the day schedule
This is the setting method when the leave hours differs depending on the employee's day schedule .
When the amount of time deemed to be off by Mr. Taro is different depending on the schedule of the day
4/10 Leave hours 7 hours 30 minutes
4/11 8 hours without holiday
Precondition
Internal settings are required at the support center. If you would like to change it, please use the inquiry form to switch the "How to get a full-day vacation" .
Note that the method of obtaining vacation will change after changing the internal settings. I had created a schedule pattern for taking leaves, but that is no longer necessary. Therefore, even if you try to create a new schedule pattern after changing the internal settings, you will not be able to create "Full day vacation" in "Schedule type".
*The vacation patterns you have already created will remain. Also, it does not affect past leave acquisition data.

Frequently used menu ＞ Daily data ＞ Corresponding day [Edit]
(1) Clock-in/out schedule → Enter the early-out time.
*Please note the break time.
Schedule 9: 00-18: 00 If the break schedule is blank, the vacation is considered 9 hours.
Enter the break time in the schedule or assign the schedule excluding the break.
② Leave type: Type → Select leave type.
③ Leave type: Acquisition unit → Select full-day leave.
*After changing the setting, time data recalculation is required to apply to past time.

Even if you register the same [holiday] full-time leave for Mr. Taro, as shown in the figure below, the early-out time varies depending on the schedule.
Leave acquisition method: Use of leave classification
In the case of "leave acquisition method: leave type used", set as follows.

You can change your vacation time according to your employee's day schedule.

4/10 Discretionary leave hours 7 hours 30 minutes

- Clock-in/out schedule → Enter the early-out time.
*Please note the break time.
Schedule 9: 00-18: 00 If the break schedule is blank, the vacation is considered 9 hours. Enter the break time in the schedule or assign the schedule excluding the break. - Leave type: Type → Select vacation type.

Even if you register the same [holiday] full-time leave for Taro Takumi as shown in the figure below, the early-out time differs depending on the schedule.
If you want to assign a work pattern and add the scheduled time of attendance and departure set in the pattern to the work hours without leave, make sure that the following is set in the corresponding pattern.
