What is "Leave Details"?

Display employee leave grant/acquisition history. You can also grant or cancel employee leave.

 

Summary of employee leave details

This section explains each item when this year is selected and displayed .

The explanation of the items differs depending on whether the leave management method is "old method" or "new method".

In the case of leave management "old method"

(1)Display year/Display period

Displays the selected year/period.

 

Others > Options > Company Information > Fiscal Year Start Date

*The display changes depending on the closing date for setting the employee type.

 

(2)Year selection

To select a different year, click the [<] (previous year) [>] (next year) button. Click [This Fiscal Year] to select the current year.

 

(3)Remaining days valid (subtraction type)

  • Remaining days ………………Displays the number of remaining days (remaining time) as of today.
  • Estimation of expired days from today until the end of fiscal year ... Displays the number of days (hours) that have not yet been acquired among the grants that reach the expiration date from the day after today to the end date of the display period.

Yearly total days (Addition type)
  • Number of day(s) accumulated from beginning of year 2020 to present
     
    … Displays the cumulative number of days (cumulative time) acquired from the start date of the display period to today.

(5)Leave grant/acquisition history

Display employee leave grant/acquisition history. You can also grant or cancel employee leave. For details, see the bottom of this content.

 

Next, each item is explained when the past or future year is displayed .

 

(1)Display year/Display period

Displays the selected year/period.

 

(2)Remaining days valid (subtraction type)

  • <Selected year> Days at start time …………Displays the number of remaining days and remaining time at the start of the selected year. It is displayed when the leave granted before the previous year of the selected year remains without being acquired.
  • <Next year of selected year> Start time days ... Displays the number of remaining days (remaining time) at the start of the next year in the selected year. This is displayed when the leave granted in the selected year or earlier is not acquired and is carried over to the next year.

Yearly total days (Addition type)
  • Number of day(s) accumulated from beginning of year 2020 to present
     
    ... Displays the cumulative number of days (cumulative time) acquired from the start date of the display period to today.

 

About leave grant/acquisition history

Display employee leave grant/acquisition history. You can also grant or cancel employee leave. Click on each leave row for more details. The display method differs between subtraction type and addition type.

 

[For subtraction type leave]

You can manually add leaves at the top. To grant, set the "grant date" and "number of grant days" and click [Save].

 

(1)Grant date

Displays the date when the leave was granted. If there are remaining grants from the previous year at the start of the year, "<selected year> start point" will be displayed.

 

(2)Grant type

Display the granted means.

  • Annual paid holidays ... Paid holidays given by the "paid leave granting function". Click here for more information about the paid leave grant function.
  • Holiday work : This is a holiday or shake that is automatically generated by a holiday work.
  • Manual grant : Leaves granted other than the above (such as this screen and employee data import).

 

(3)Grant days

Displays the number of days granted.

 

(4)Grant hours

Shows the granted time.

 

(5)Effective period

Shows how long the granted leave is valid.

 

(6)Obtained Date

Displays the get date of the leave assigned to the granted leave.

 

(7)Obtained days

Displays the number of days of leave leave assigned to the granted leave.

 

(8)Obtained hours

Shows the get hours of leave assigned to the granted leave.

 

(9)Status

Displays the status of granted leave.

  • Expired ……………………All acquisitions are assigned to the given days.
  • Expired within the selected year ... The granted leave has not been acquired and the expiration date will be reached within the selected year. In addition, if the expiration date has not been reached at this time, it will be displayed as (remaining 5.5), and if it has already expired at the current time, it will be displayed as (expired 5.5).

 

(10)Edit column

  • [Save] ... Register a new leave grant.
  • [Delete] ……………… Deletes the given leave. However, the vacation automatically granted by "holiday work" should be canceled by editing the work, not on this screen.

 

(11)<Selected year> Total

The number of days (number of hours) of leave grants and leave obtained during the selected year is displayed cumulatively regardless of the expiration date.

 

(12)Utilized ratio

Displays the rate of leave taken within the selected year. Please see here for the calculation method of the obtained rate.

 

(13)Remaining days

Displays the number of remaining leave days (remaining hours).

 

(14)<Selected year> Expiration days

Displays the number of days (hours) of grant that will expire within the selected year. It is the total number of remaining days of the grant that is displayed in the status display column as "expired within <selected year>".

 

(15)<Selected year> Number of day(s) at beginning of year 

The number of remaining days (remaining time) at the start of the next fiscal year of the selected fiscal year is displayed. It is the number of remaining days to be carried over to the next year.

 

(16)Recalculation

If you change the leave-related settings, it may not be reflected correctly in the remaining days calculation. Click this button to calculate the remaining days with the latest settings.
*It is not possible to return to the number of remaining days before recalculation. Please be careful when using it.

 

(17)Save
Register the added/corrected leave information and return to the leave management screen.

 

[In case of additional type leave]

No "grant" operation is required for accrual leave. To get a leave, assign a "vacation pattern" or "half-holiday type" to the schedule for the day. This screen displays the obtained result.

*It is not possible to return to the number of acquisition days before recalculation. Please be careful when using it.

(4)Available time vacation (subtraction type) Period: yyyy / mm / dd ~ yyyy / mm / dd

Displayed when "Hourly vacation: Use (maximum ○ days)" is set in the vacation category setting.

  • Current available time vacation… Displays the remaining time of the hourly vacation that can be taken in a year. The actual number of days granted and the grant time are not included in the calculation.
