How can I divide the work that spans two days into two totals?

We will explain the settings for counting the totals for two days when working on a continuous schedule from day shift to night shift (13:00 clock in, 11:00 clock out the next day, etc.).

Overview

Allocate the "direct visit" and "no return" of the discretionary work pattern to the days before and after.

  • Day 1 …… direct visit
  • Day 2 …… no return

Setting Example

  • Scheduled to clock in……December 2nd 13:00
  • Scheduled to clock out……December 3rd, 11:00

At the time of the day-to-day schedule,

  • Working hours on the first day from 13:00 on December 2nd to 00:00 on December 3rd
  • Working hours on the second day from 00:00 on December 3rd to 11:00 on December 3rd

I will explain the setting procedure when and total calculation.

Basic information

  • Pattern name : Arbitrary name ("night shift (morning)", "night duty OUT", etc.)
  • Schedule type : Direct visit (discretionary clock in)

schedule

  • Clock in schedule (core time start time) : 00:00 on the day
  • Clock out schedule (core time start time) : 11:00 on the day

* In addition, enter the pattern code, break settings, etc. as necessary.

How to use

Assign the two types of patterns created in the above procedure to the 1st and 2nd days in advance . For how to assign patterns, see here .

By stamping after assigning a discretionary pattern, you can divide your work into two days.

Please note that assigning a pattern after stamping does not divide the shift into two days.

If you stamp before assigning a pattern and work is counted as one day, you need to delete the time stamp and re-register it on the second day by editing the time record.
