Can you customize the summary items?

This section explains how to customize summary items. Customization allows you to:

  • Create a new item by adding or subtracting multiple items
  • Change item name
  • Change the order of items

The customized items will appear on the next screen.
-"Normal (custom)" tab on the "Daily data" screen and "Monthly data" screen
-"Time Card Custom" tab on the time card screen
It is also possible to output to daily data [CSV], monthly data [CSV], and time card [PDF data].

Premise

If "Custom data item settings " is not displayed in Settings> Screen display category, you need to add functions. Please request the support center to add the "custom display setting function".

Setting method

1. Open Settings> Screen Display> Custom Data Item Settings  .

 

2. Open the Daily or Monthly tab.

 

Daily tab

Set daily custom data items (daily items).

"Monthly" tab

Set monthly custom data items (monthly items).

3. Click [+ New] and enter the required items to register.

 

Basic information

Set the basic information of the item.

Custom display code * Required Set a unique code. 3-8 alphanumericals
Custom display name * Required Enter the item name. 25 characters or less
Line breaks and vertical writing are also possible.
 Calculation unit Select from "Hours", "Days", and "Number". Items corresponding to the selected calculation unit can be set in the "Select items to add" field.
Round off unit (minutes) * This can be set when the calculation unit "Time" is selected.
Round the aggregated value to "5 minutes", "10 minutes", "15 minutes", "20 minutes", "30 minutes", and "60 minutes". If you check "Round up", it will be rounded up, and if you do not check it, it will be rounded down.
It can also be set in the Extended Function Category of "Employee Type Settings" > Rounding Unit for Monthly Data and Rounding Unit for Daily Data. If both have rounding settings, the setting in "employee type setting" will be reflected first, and then this setting will be reflected. Please note that it will be double rounded.
Minimum value (minutes) * This can be set when the calculation unit "Time" is selected.
Set the lower limit (minutes) of the aggregate value.
Example: If "16" is set, aggregated values ​​of 15 minutes or less will be cut and not aggregated.
It can also be set in Extended function category of "Employee type setting" >Daily data lower validity limit. If there is a lower limit setting for both, the setting in "employee type setting" will be reflected first, and then this setting will be reflected.
When "Round off unit (minutes)" is set, this setting is reflected for the rounded aggregated value.

 

Selection of items to add

Add or subtract multiple items by checking the "+" and "-" columns .

* Items with different calculation units cannot be set at the same time in the "Select items to add" field. Example: "Overtime hours" and "Number of days taken on paid holidays" are a combination of "hours" and "days" and cannot be set at the same time.

 

Points
Custom data item settings can be set for "Daily" and "Monthly" respectively. You can create "up to 20" .

・In the "Daily" tab > "(Based on time)" item in the category of items to be added, the work start/end time limit, overtime limit, and overtime application settings are not referred to, and based on time Working hours are aggregated.

-"Monthly" tab> If the "(vacation name) remaining days" item is set in the selection category of the item to be added, it will not be displayed on the "Normal (custom)" tab of the "Monthly data" screen.

Change display order

To rearrange the display order, drag the item names to rearrange them, and then click [Sabe order of display].

Item confirmation method

By switching tabs on the "Daily Data" screen, "Monthly Data" screen, and Time Card screen, you can check both the aggregation with the default items and the aggregation with the customized items.

 

The "Daily Data" screen, "Monthly Data" screen,
"Normal" tab displays the totals for the default items, and the "Normal (Custom)" tab displays the totals for the customized items.

 

Timecard screen
The "Timecard" tab displays the totals for the default items, and the "Timecard Custom" tab displays the totals for the customized items.

 

If you want to display the "Normal (Custom)" tab or "Time Card Custom" tab as the default display, please request the support center to change the setting to "Default display setting: Custom attendance list" .

Only the Time Card tab (aggregate with default items) is displayed. If you want employees to see the "Time Card Custom" tab (aggregation of customized items), ask the Support Center to change the settings to "Default display settings: Custom attendance list".

 

* Only either the "Time Card" tab or the "Time Card Custom" tab is displayed on the employee screen. If you change the setting to "Default display setting: Custom attendance list", the "Time card" tab will be hidden.

Precautions when changing settings

If you change the customization settings, it will be immediately reflected in all attendance data including the past without "Attendance data recalculation" . The same applies to the data that closes attendance.

We recommend that you output the past data before changing the settings.
