Why am I not assigned working hours even though I have assigned a discretionary work pattern?

The discretionary work pattern is a schedule pattern that does not require clock-in or clock-out. You can record working hours simply by assigning a pattern.

There are two possible causes for missing work hours:

Set to a future date

For direct visit/no-return patterns assigned to future dates, working hours are recorded when the day arrives.

As of December 20

Stamped

Since the direct bounce pattern does not require time-record, the time-record may be treated as an error work.

Error name

  • Error is found in this attendance data. (Clock-in time-record is consecutively recorded.)
  • Error is found in this attendance data. (Clock-out time-record is consecutively recorded.)

In this case, delete the time record or change the setting so that no error work occurs even if there is time record. The setting method is as follows.

Settings > Employees > Employee type settings > Target employee type [Edit]> Advanced features: Detect Attendance data error at Discretionary work: "Don't detect attendance data error"> [Save]

A discretionary work plan is given priority.
