It is possible to apply for non-scheduled working hours by applying for the "end time".

Confirmation method
You can check whether the "overtime application" function is implemented by the following procedure.
Employee screen (time card)> [Application]> "Overtime application"
If there is no "overtime application" even if you click [Apply], the conventional specification "Overtime limit" will be performed.
*"Overtime application" will not be displayed on days without a schedule. (Schedule refers to scheduled start time and scheduled end time.)
If you would like to change from the conventional specification "overtime limit" to "overtime work application", please contact us from the inquiry form .
* "Overtime limit" is treated the same as schedule application. If you want to separate the schedule application and the overtime application, we recommend that you use the "overtime application".
Overview
Set in advance that work before and after leaving work is not treated as work hours. Then, overtime work will not be calculated.
After that, could you confirm the contents?
If you want to approve the application of overtime hours, we recommend you to use "Overtime limit" or "Overtime application" rather than "Overtime work upper limit function".
Preset
Employee type setting
Set as follows so that work hours that exceed the schedule are not recorded.
Settings > Employees > Employee type settings > [Edit] > "Schedule" category,
- "Handling of working hours before clock in schedule"
- "Handling of working hours before clock out schedule"
Select as "Do not treat as attendance".
Selecting "Do not treat as attendance".
For example, if you plan to go to work at 9:00 and make a time record at 8:00, this will not be included in the working hours from 8:00 to 9:00 before going to work.
If you plan to leave the office at 18:00 and record your clock out at 19:30, this will not be included in the working hours after 18:00 to 19:30 after leaving the office.
Pattern setting
Create a work pattern in Settings> Schedule> Pattern settings . At this time, be sure to enter "Clock-in schedule" and "Clock-out schedule". Also, do not enter the "Work fixed start time" and "Work fixed end time".
Submit request
Register the work pattern registered above in advance. All menus > Schedule management, you can register shift manually, or Settings > Schedule > Register auto schedule settings.
Application overtime limit
Customers who have issued an account before October 17, 2017 can use this application and approval method.
How to apply
1. Log in to the employee screen (time card). Click [Schedule Request] on the day you want to apply for overtime.
2. Enter the "work start time" or "work end time" to apply.
Approval method
1. Log in to the administration screen.
2. Open All Menu> Approve Application.
An application for the work start/end time will be displayed in the schedule application field. Click the [Approve] or [Reject] button.
Overtime application approval
Customers who have issued an account after October 18, 2017 can use this application and approval method.
How to apply
Log in to the employee screen (time card) and apply.
1. Click [Overtime Request] on the target day.
*"Overtime application" will not be displayed on days without a schedule. (Schedule means "scheduled attendance time" and "scheduled departure time".)
2. Choose Edit Overtime.
- To apply for overtime hours before work, select "Overtime before work" and enter the start time.
- To apply for overtime hours after leaving work, select "Overtime after work" and enter the end time.
3. Enter the request message.
4. Click [Overtime Application] to apply.
Approval method
1. Log in to the administration screen.
2. Open All Menu> Approve Application.
The application will be displayed in the overtime application field. Click the [Approve] or [Reject] button.
Precautions when using
If you change the schedule after the overtime application is approved, the overtime application will be reset and the overtime hours will not be recorded.
* If the schedule is changed, please apply for overtime work again.
Attention!
*An alternative overtime application method is the " overtime upper limit function ". Unlike the overtime limit, the overtime upper limit is applied in the form of "○ minute" instead of the time. Please select the overtime application method that suits your operation.
