This is displayed when the original data for the time stamp application is overwritten by the "Automatic overwriting function for clock-out time record" or "KING OF TIME secure login time tecord".
Automatic overwrite function when clocking out for work
Management screen > Settings > [Others] > Options > Error work setting > In the case of "Automatic overwriting function for time record: Use", the following events occur.
9:00 Accidentally press the clock-out button when going to work. Change the time record type in the time record data for "clock-out 9:00" to "clock-in" and apply for time record.
18:00 Press the time recorder for clock-out..
→ The original data of the time stamp application, "Retirement 9:00" is overwritten with "Retirement 18:00", and the data of "Retirement 9:00" becomes invalid.
The original data of the application will be invalid, so when you approve the time record application for "work at 9:00", it will be registered as new time record data. After the approval, the time record data will be "Clock-in 9:00" and "Clock-out 18:00".
KING OF TIME Secure login time record
If you are using KING OF TIME Secure Login, the updated time record will always be overwritten with the latest log. Therefore, the following events occur.
16:00 Unlock the PC, and "Clock-out 16:00" will be reflected.
17:00 Change the time record of “Clock-out 16:00” to “17:30” and apply.
18:00 Log off the PC.
→ The original data of the time record application, "Clock-out 16:00" is overwritten with "Clock-out 18:00", and the data of "Clock-out 16:00" becomes invalid.
The original data of the application will be invalid, so when you approve the time-out request for "clock-out 17:30", it will be registered as new time recorded data. As a result, both "17:30" and "18:00" for leaving work time record will be registered, resulting in an error in duplication of time record.
