Precondition
It can be set only by a master administrator.
Setting method
Settings > Other > [Workstyle reform related settings] > Upper Limit Regulations of Overtime screen > Click [New registration].
On the setting screen, enter the required items and register. (If you do not enter the required items, you cannot click the [Register] button.)

Maximum overtime work
This is a required item . By default, the “Notification Limit” has the same number of hours as the legal limit, and the “Warning” has 80% of the “Notification Limit”. You can set any time here. It is recommended to enter the upper limit time actually stated in the notification of 36 agreements in "Notification limit".
If the upper limit of notification of 36 agreements differs depending on the division or employment category, please also create the "Upper Limit Regulations of Overtime" item for each division/employee type.
When the criterion time set for warning and upper limit is exceeded, an alert will be displayed on the management screen . In addition, the start date for one year is the start date of the business year .
36 It is recommended to set the same day as the "starting date (date)" stated in the notification of the agreement as the start date of the business year. If you want to change the start date of the business year, we will change the setting at the support center, so please contact us from the inquiry form with the start date of the desired business year.

Upper limit of overtime in special clauses
It is an optional item. Please set if you have submitted the special contract notification. It is recommended to enter the upper limit time actually stated in the notification of 36 agreements in "Notification limit".
If you enter a number in the upper limit while the warning is blank, the warning will automatically reflect the value equivalent to 80%.

Upper limit of overtime with special contract
If you register more than one overtime limit, the judgment will be made according to the priority. In that case, the priority can be changed.
- If employees are set as criteria A and criteria B, and criteria A has a higher priority, criteria B will not be judged.
- If the reference A has high priority and the reference value is not set in the reference A, the reference B is not referred.
(1 ) You can move the order of priority by using "∧" "v" on the left side. When you move it, "Priority has been changed." is displayed in red at the bottom of the screen.
When you click [Save Priority] in ② , "Saved" is displayed in the upper left of the screen and registration is complete.
Alert display
When the reference time is reached, an alert is displayed on the management screen Home> Actions that require action.
Upper limit of overtime work: 1 year, upper limit of overtime work under special provisions: Excess count, 1 year, multi-month average The start date of the business year is included as the start date, so if the year changes, an alert for the previous year Will disappear.
Overtime limit upper limit screen> Click [Display] to display a list of target employees.
Click Details next to an employee's name to view the cap regulation details.
By selecting the display period, past targets can be confirmed.
* If you have registered the upper limit of overtime work and the upper limit of overtime work (1 month, 1 year) in the special clause, the upper limit of overtime work in the special clause has priority on the upper limit regulation detail screen.
