Please confirm the following setting method and perform the linked setting.
Cooperation function
KING OF TIME attendance information can be linked to "Tomorrow's team". You can register employees and simulate salaries based on the linked information.
Linkage setting method
1. If you link to an external service from the link setting screen of Competency Cloud (Tomorrow's team link service), linked services will be displayed in a list. If it is not linked, click the "Link setting" button and add the setting.
Various buttons
-Link setting button : It is a button to transit to the link setting screen.
-External data linkage button : A button to transit to the external data linkage screen. This is only displayed for external services that have already been linked.
-Employee cooperation history button : This button transitions to the employee cooperation history screen. Displayed when the linked employee information exists.
2. When linking with this service, move to the authorization screen of this service to issue an access token. After entering the ID and password on the authorization screen, check "I agree" and click the "Accept" button to issue an access token.
Note
To issue the API access token for this service, the client ID and client secret specified by us are required in advance.
3. When the access token is issued, it will transition to the linkage setting screen list.
Link release button
If there are services that have already been linked, the "Unlink" button will be displayed. Click the "Cancel linkage" button to delete the linkage information. Even if you cancel the linkage, the linkage history is not deleted.
Cooperation method
Manual linkage method
1. In the external data linkage screen, specify the linkage period.
2: Press the "Send" button. Employee information and attendance data are linked. The linked process is executed as an asynchronous background job.
Automatic cooperation
If automatic synchronization is set to ON in the linkage settings of "Employee information" and "Overtime hours", automatic linkage will be performed once a month on the specified date. The execution time is 5:00 for "employee information" and 6:00 for "overtime hours".

Report email
A background job is created when the "Send" button is clicked on the external data linkage screen. When the job is completed, a linkage completion email will be sent to the user who performed the external data linkage operation.
Precautions when linking
Employee association when linking
The “Employee Code” of KING OF TIME and the “Employee CD” of Competency Cloud are used to link which employee they are.
For example, if KING OF TIME has an employee code of “001” and the competency cloud employee CD is “002”, an account with an employee number of “001” will be created on the competency cloud and the employee number of “002” will retire.
About retirement date
If the employee's retirement date is set before the synchronization date on the KING OF TIME side, the relevant employee information will not be linked.
