Functional overview
When the grant date arrives, "Persons eligible for paid holidays" will be displayed in "Attention!" on the management screen home.
Click this item to display the paid holiday grant screen. The date of grant, the number of days of grant, and the calculation standard will be displayed, so check it and perform the grant process to the person to be granted.
important
This is valid for paid holidays that occur the next day or later on the day when all the preset settings described in this article have been made . Cannot be granted by going back to a past date..
If you want to grant paid holidays retroactively, please grant them manually.
In addition, even if your company's paid leave grant standard cannot be met within the specifications of this function, we recommend that you handle it manually.
[Procedure 1] Option
Settings > Other > Options > Schedule setting category > Make sure that the paid leave grant function is set to "Use".
[Procedure 2] Employee type setting
Settings > Employees > Employee type settings > [Edit] of the target category > Vacation-related categories > Paid leave grant > Click [Paid leave-related settings] to open the “Paid leave-related settings” screen.
Please refer to the following and set.
1. Please set the prescribed number of working days per week (required)
Set the calculation method for the number of days granted.
[ ]Day
Determine the number of days granted from the proportional number of days granted table corresponding to the prescribed number of working days per week. The condition for grant is that the attendance rate exceeds 80%. If the attendance rate is not met, the number of days granted will be calculated as 0 days.
* If the "annual scheduled working days" in the proportional number of days granted table is 0 days, even if the attendance rate is less than 80%, it is considered that there is 80% attendance and the number of paid holidays granted is calculated.
About weekly contract working hours for each employee
Settings > Employees > Employee settings > [Edit] of the target person > Expand [Details] of the employment information category > Contract working days per week ”
The above items are not used for the prescribed number of working days per week for the paid leave grant function.
* However, if you are using the employee-specific paid leave setting function , the prescribed number of working days per week set for each employee will be used.
Calculate the number of scheduled working days per week based on the working days of the year and all working days
It can be used when the prescribed number of working days per week is not set. The number of days of paid leave is calculated assuming the prescribed number of working days per week according to the number of annual working days of the employee. At this time, the attendance rate is not referred to.
For example, if the number of proportionally granted days is set as shown in the figure below, when an employee works 200 days a year, the number of paid holidays granted will be calculated based on the standard number of working days per week of 4 days. This is because working 200 days a year corresponds to the prescribed number of working days 169 days or more and less than 217 days a year.
2. Set the first reference date (required)
Set the first grant date for paid holidays.
item name | Explanation |
---|---|
The first grant will be given [ a ] months after the date of joining the company, and will be the date of grant every year. | Set how many months after joining the company the first grant. |
Split grant: Granted [] days after [ b ] months from the date of joining the company | Set when granting a part of the days ahead of schedule before the initial grant date (5 days grant at the time of joining the company, 5 days grant at the first grant, etc.). Note that b can only be set to a number smaller than a . |
Based on the split grant date | Check this if you want to set the split grant date set in "Split grant: [] days after [] months from the hire date" as the second and subsequent paid holiday grant dates. * If you want to set the advance grant in the above "Split grant" item, you need to check here. If you do not check it, an error will occur during registration. |
Precautions regarding the item "based on the split grant date"
If you want to set the advance grant in the "Split grant" item, you need to check "Based on the split grant date". If you do not check it, an error will occur during registration.
According to the Labor Standards Law, "If the grant is given ahead of schedule, the grant date for the next fiscal year must be advanced for the same period as or longer than the statutory reference date."
Illegal example
(1) Joined the company on April 1st
(2) 5th (advanced) on April 1st, the day of joining the company
(3) Granted 5 days on October 1, six months after joining the company (original grant date)
(4) Granted on October 1st of the following year on the 11th
In the case of the above example, October 1st, the original grant date, must be advanced by more than half a year, and in (4), it must be granted on April 1st at the latest...
3. Set the second base date (optional)
Set the grant date for the second and subsequent times.
item name | Explanation |
---|---|
none | Select this if the second and subsequent grant dates are the same as the first grant date. |
Unify the grant dates to [] month [] days | If the second and subsequent grant dates are different from the first grant date, select this and set the date. |
Determine the first half and second half based on the grant date | If you check here, the year will be divided into the first half and the second half based on the date set in "Unify the grant date to [] month [] day" ( Click here for details ). |
Give priority to the second base date | If you check here, the date set in "Unify the grant date to [] month [] day" will be the grant date after the first time. However, if the hire date has passed the grant date (for example, the grant date is May 1 and the hire date is June 1), the first grant date is the first grant of "Please set the first reference date". Refer to the day setting. |
4. Please enter the number of proportional grant days
Enter the number of days granted according to the number of scheduled working days per week and the number of years of service.
If you click [Load initial value], the statutory standard will be entered, but please edit it according to your company's work rules.
5. Please set the number of working days and the total number of working days that will be the basis for calculating the grant.
Set the calculation target of the attendance rate. You can select each vacation as "Weekday commuting", "Legal holiday commuting", or "Non-statutory holiday commuting" on working days or all working days.
The commuting rate is calculated by dividing the number of working days by the total number of working days x 100.
[Procedure 3] Employee settings
Settings > Employees > Employee settings > [Edit] of the relevant person > Employment information category > Enter the date of joining the company.
* If the date of joining the company is not entered, the person will not be eligible for the grant.
