How can I link with the payroll software "PCA Payroll DX"?

Please check the following setting method and cooperate.

※Note
With PCA salary, you can change the item name and the rules associated with the item (such as changing the premium rate from x1.5 to x0.25), but this article describes the default settings.

Functional overview

You can link by outputting attendance information as CSV data from KING OF TIME and importing it into PCA salary. Payroll can be calculated based on the linked information.

Advance preparation

To output from KING OF TIME, create an output layout that includes linked items.

1. KING OF TIME Login > Frequently used menu “Export / Import” > Monthly data “Create output layout” > Click “New”.

※1
If the "non-scheduled" premium rate is 125%, add up the "overtime hours", and if the premium rate is 100%, add up the "prescribed hours" and output. When calculating salary separately from "overtime hours" and "prescribed hours", output in the order that matches the import items on the PCA salary side, such as "Attendance free time 1 to 10".

※2
If the premium rate for "Midnight overtime" is 150%, add it to "Midnight overtime" and output. When calculating salary separately from "Midnight overtime hours", output in the order that matches the import items on the PCA salary side, such as "Attendance free time 1 to 10".

Cooperation method

1. KING OF TIME Login > Frequently used menu “Export / Import” > Click [Monthly Data Output].

3.png

2. Select the output target date, output layout, and output target employee, and click [Data Output] on the [Data Output]> Confirmation screen.

On the monthly data output confirmation screen, select ": Colon" for "Time delimiter" and click [Data output].

For the output layout, select the layout created in "Preparation".

Notice
If you change the time delimiter to ": (colon)" and open the output CSV file in Excel, the time display format may change depending on the Excel specifications. When checking / editing the data output with a colon, it is recommended to open the output CSV file with "Notepad" and edit it. The format of the time item of PCA Payroll DX is "99:59". When editing with Excel, if "[h]: mm: ss" is displayed up to the number of seconds due to cell formatting, an error will occur if you import it as it is. Be sure to delete the seconds part.
