How can I link with the cloud service "SECOM Easy Shift Schedule" that automatically creates shift tables using SECOM Original algorithm?

Please check the following contents and set the cooperation.

Functional overview

You can link the SECOM Easy Shift Schedule with the work schedule data of KING OF TIME. Schedule registration can be performed based on the linked data.

 

Advance preparation

Preparation on the SECOM Easy Shift Schedule side

1. Settings for attendance linkage

Please set "employee number", "store / office", "work shift setting", "attendance linkage setting" of the information necessary for linkage.

 

2. Create and save work schedule

Please create and save the work schedule for the linked period.

 

Preparations on the KING OF TIME side

No advance preparation is required.

Inquiries regarding linkage with SECOM Easy Shift Schedule

To use this function, a subscription to SECOM Easy Shift Schedule is required.  For details , please check the SECOM Easy Shift Schedule official website ( https://www.secomtrust.net/service/hrtech/shift.html ).

Initial settings for integration

Initial settings for linkage are performed on the SECOM Easy Shift Schedule side. Check out the steps below.

1. Access token issuance

1. Click [System Settings] from [System Management] in the menu.

 

2. Click "Work attendance linkage" and click the [KING OF TIME] button in the "Issue access token" item.

 

3. When the authorization screen is displayed, enter the login ID and password of the KING OF TIME full administrator. Read the terms of use and consent form, check "I have read and agree.", and click [Agree].

4. When the SECOM Easy Shift Schedule access token issuance confirmation screen is displayed, the linkage settings are complete.

5. Click "System Settings" from the System Management menu.

6. Confirm that an access token has been issued.

2. Match "employee number" and "employee code"

The "employee number" of SECOM Easy Shift Schedule must match exactly with the "employee code" of KING OF TIME.

 

1. From the System administration menu, click Employee management.

 

2. Check "employee number" against KING OF TIME's "employee code".

*If they do not match, correct either one so that they match.

3. Match the "Store/Office Code" with the "Division Code"

The "store/office code" of SECOM Easy Shift Schedule must match exactly with the "division code" of KING OF TIME.

 

1. From the menu “System administration”, click “Store/office administration”.

 

2. Check the "Store/Office Code" against KING OF TIME's "Division Code".

*If they do not match, correct either one so that they match.

4. Setting work shifts

In "Work shift settings", set the start and end times for each shift.

 

1. Click “Work shift settings” from “Automatic assignment settings” in the menu.

 

2. Confirm the start and end time of work.

5. Settings for Attendance Linkage

1. In "Work attendance linkage settings", set the type and break time of each work shift.

 

2. From the "System administration" menu, click "Settings for attendance linkage".

 

3. Select the "KING OF TIME(API Linkage)" button.

 

4. Set each item.

Working day type Select blank/statutory holiday/non-statutory holiday
*If not specified, it will be a weekday.
break start time Enter in 24-hour units, 4 digits
break end time Enter in 24-hour units, 4 digits
Leave type Classification of paid holidays, special holidays, etc.
*Used when setting a half-holiday.
half day vacation Select blank/half AM/half PM
Not linked Select blank/〇
*Used when there are shifts that do not coordinate.

 

5. After completing the settings, click Save.

 

6. Click OK. This completes the initial settings for linkage.

Data linkage between systems

You can link data with KING OF TIME by operating from SECOM Easy Shift Schedule.

 

How to link manually

1. Click "Attendance Management Service Linkage" from System Administration in the menu.

 

2. Select the stores/offices to be linked and the period, and click [Synchronize].

The above work cannot be done during the following WebAPI time limit.
Time limit:8:30 - 10:00 / 17:30 - 18:30

* Errors when link execution is performed outside of usage hours
Error message: You cannot connect data to KING OF TIME during the following hours. [8:30-10:00, 17:30-18:30]

Please note

This function is a function that allows you to link the start and end times of work from the work schedule created with SECOM Easy Shift Schedule.


In KING OF TIME, "shift" is displayed in the schedule column of the employee's daily data. Paid holidays and special holidays are assumed to be registered at KING OF TIME.
