How can I link with the payroll software "TKC ​​Strategic Payroll Information System PX2"?

Functional overview

You can link by outputting attendance information as CSV data from KING OF TIME and importing it into the TKC Strategic Salary Information System PX2 (hereinafter referred to as PX2). Payroll can be calculated based on the linked information.

 

Advance preparation

Create an output layout for outputting linked items from KING OF TIME.

 

1. Log in to the KING OF TIME management screen and click [Export/Import] > [Monthly data [CSV]] in the frequently used menu [Create output layout] > [Create new] on the right side.

 

2. Enter an arbitrary name such as "For TKC_PX2 linkage" in the layout name.

 

3. Match the time display format to PX2.

*On the PX2, you can select decimal or hexadecimal numbers.

4. Select the output items in "Display items". Select the items in the "KING OF TIME" column in the "Linked items " table below and add them to "Selected items". Click Register when you have finished adding all the required items.

You can easily find the item you need by copying the item name on the KING OF TIME side in the "Linking items" table and searching for words on the screen ([CTRL] + [F] on the keyboard).

Linked item

Please note

1. The items to be imported into PX2 and their order are predetermined. Please check the table below and select the same items in the same order.

2. Even if there are no corresponding items on the KING OF TIME side and on the PX2 side, select "--Blank--" and align the number of items on the KING OF TIME side and the PX2 side.

3. In PX2, you can arbitrarily change the item name of "overtime allowance hours A to H" and the associated premium rate, but this article describes the default value. The default values ​​are as follows.

  • Overtime allowance time A: legal 100%
  • Overtime allowance time B: 125% on weekdays
  • Overtime allowance time C: 150% late at night on weekdays
  • Overtime allowance time D: 135% on holidays
  • Overtime allowance time E: 160% late at night on holidays
  • Overtime allowance time F: (Both name and premium rate are not set)
  • Overtime allowance time G: (Both name and premium rate are not set)
  • Overtime allowance H: 25% over 60h

If the total overtime hours in a month exceeds 60 hours, there is a system to give paid leave (substitute leave) instead of the extra wage for the increase, and this system can also handle it. If you want to use it , please ask the support center to add the "alternative leave grant function".

Data linkage between systems

1. Log in to the KING OF TIME management screen and click the frequently used menu [Export/Import] > [Monthly data [CSV]].

 

2. Select the target date, output layout, and target employee. For the output layout, select the layout created for PX2. [Data Output] > Click [Data Output] on the confirmation screen.

3. Start PX2 and click the Payroll tab > [Employer-specific data entry/calculation].

4. Click [Read data from CSV file (F5)].

5. Click [Select Layout], select [All Attendance Items (Fixed Layout)], and click [F4 Select].

6. Click [Select file] and select the CSV data output from KING OF TIME. Click [Start reading].

7. When the loading is successfully completed, a file loading completion message and a selection screen asking "Are you sure you want to check the loaded data?" will be displayed. Click [Yes].

8. In "Input method settings", specify "Input method settings" and "Input content settings", and click [OK].

9. You will be able to check the target person on the attendance entry screen of PX2.
