In "Shalom", you can change the item name and the rules associated with the item (such as changing the premium rate from x1.5 to x0.25), but this article describes the default settings.
Cooperation function
You can link by outputting attendance information as CSV data from "KING OF TIME" and importing it into "Shalom". Payroll can be calculated based on the linked information.
Advance preparation
To output from "KING OF TIME", create an output layout that includes linked items.
1. Home screen ＞ Frequently used menu “Export / Import” ＞ Monthly data “Create output layout” ＞ Click “New”.
2. Set an arbitrary name such as the layout name "For company labor dream cooperation".
3. Select the output item in "Display item" on the "KING OF TIME" side according to the setting of "Company labor dream". Select the employee code first, and then select the attendance item that matches the item in the company dream.

As mentioned above, the import value on the company labor dream side and the output value on the KING OF TIME side do not match as they are, so it is necessary to add a column to the output CSV file and enter it separately for the year and payment month.
* About the matching of the items of "Shalom" and "KING OF TIME"
As shown in the above table, the item names of the CSV files originally exported from "Shalom" and "KING OF TIME" are different, but the item names on the "Shalom" side are aligned with the "KING OF TIME" side in advance. You may be able to shorten the subsequent steps by doing so. Click here for details
Cooperation method
1. Home screen ＞ Frequently used menu “Export / Import” ＞ Click [Monthly data output].
2. Select the output target date, output layout, and output target employee, and click [Data Output] on the [Data Output]> Confirmation screen. For the output layout, select the layout created in "Preparation".
3. "Company Labor Dream" home screen ＞ Payroll ＞ Monthly payroll ＞ Payroll ＞ Payroll Click [Import] in batch.
4. The general salary data import screen will open. Set the CSV file exported from KING OF TIME earlier and click the [Get item from file] button.
5. The CSV file items are displayed on the left side of the screen. Click the item associated with the company labor dream item on the right side of the screen.
6. Click the item of company labor dream to be linked with the item of the imported CSV file.
7. Click the [Specify Conversion] button. The item name is displayed in the conversion setting field, and the link between the imported file and the item on the company labor dream side is completed. Repeat steps 5-7 for all the items you want to associate.
8. Register the "Setting name" and click the [Register settings] button.
9. Click the [Import] button to display the import results. Finally, click the [Register] button to complete the operation.

* Basically, by following steps 5 to 7 above, the imported file and the items on the company labor dream side will be linked one by one, but the items on the company labor dream side will be KING OF in advance. It is also possible to shorten the procedure by matching it with the item name of the CSV file exported from TIME.
As mentioned above, if you match the item on the company labor dream side with the item name of the CSV file to be exported from KING OF TIME in advance, the item with the same name will be automatically linked by clicking the [Auto Select] button.
