What is the cause when clock-in record is not reflected?

If you cannot view the time record on the timecard screen even if you have completed time recording, there are two main possibilities.

  • It is not sent and is saved in the time recorder terminal.
  • The time record was not completed correctly and the time record data does not exist.

 

It is not sent and is saved in the time recorder.

The data recorded by the time recorder is usually sent to the server immediately via the Internet line, but if it is off-line, internet trouble or system maintenance occurs, the time record data will not be sent. Instead, it is temporarily saved on a PC or a terminal for engraving.

 

First, please check the internet connection status.

 

Transmission timing of untransmitted time record

Untransmitted time record will be retransmitted every minute. 

*Sent only when the time recorder version is 1.0.0.8 or later. You can check the version of the time recorder at the bottom of the menu on the left side of the Settings> screen.

 

The time record was not completed correctly and the time record data does not exist.

During time record, you may not be able to authenticate because the card or finger is immediately removed from the reader, and the time record data may not be created. Please check the procedure once again. At the same time, please check the time recorder settings just in case.
