It is possible to restrict access to the time clock and management screen only from specific IP addresses.
To use it, internal settings at the support center are required. Please use the inquiry form to let us know that you would like the "IP access restriction function" .
Conditions of use
Operate with a full rights administrator, or a general administrator account that has editing authority for "division/time recorder settings" .

Details
1. If you want to be able to start the time recorder only from a specific PC
Settings > Organization > Time recorder settings > Time recorder settings by division [Edit]> Network settings Click [Edit] in " IP access restrictions ".
The following screen will be displayed, so enter the global IP address that you allow.
(*It does not support local IP addresses.)
* Band registration is not possible.
Click the [Register] button to register and the following line will be added automatically. To allow multiple IP addresses, click [Register] once and then enter. There is no limit to the number of settings.
The time recorder cannot be started from other than the IP address registered by the above work. If you delete all the entered IP addresses, the IP access restrictions will become invalid.
To delete, check "Delete" in the target line and click the [Register] button.
Note
If you want to apply the IP access restriction function to My recorder/mobile browser embossing , check "Apply to mobile phone/smartphone".
2. When you can access the management screen only from a specific PC
Settings > Administrator > Administrator settings > Click the [Edit] of the administrator who wants to apply restrictions> Basic information " IP access restrictions " and click [Edit].
Please register your IP address in the same way as in step 1 above.
Precautions
In an Internet environment where a global IP address is not assigned, the vacant IP address may be automatically assigned by your provider .
We do not recommend using this function in an environment where the IP address is different each time you access the time recorder.
