Details

Log in to the administration screen and make changes from the home screen settings > organization > time recorder settings .

  • If you want to set for the entire company …… Basic time recorder setting > [Edit]
  • If you want to change the settings for each division……… Time recorder settings for each division > [Edit]

 

"Set time recorder button"

You can select whether or not to display clock in, clock out, start break, and end break (start off site, end off site) and the operation method. You can change the button name from "Custom button label".

Custom button label

You can set the time record button name of the time recorder. It can be set only in the company's time recorder setting, and it will be reflected in all the divisions. You can register up to 20 characters. *The name of the time record type on the management screen does not change.

 

Show on screen

You can set whether to display the buttons. The time record button is displayed on the time recorder only when it is set to “Yes”.

 

Button operation

You can set the button operation after time recording with the time recorder. When "Mode operation" is set , the authentication standby screen for the type of time record is maintained after recording. If "Select every time function" is set, the home screen is displayed after recording.

For the [Password Authentication] button, employees that can record with the time recorder has "Allow password time-record by Time Recorder (PC connection)" in the employee settings . If there are more, they will be displayed.
