According to the Labor Standards Act, proportional leave is applied to employees whose weekly working hours are less than 30 hours and whose weekly working days are 4 days or less or their annual working days are 216 days or less.
In response to this, when the "paid leave grant function" is used in this system, the proportional grant is applied only when the fixed working hours per week are less than 30 hours.
Conditions of use
It is assumed that the following settings have been made.
- Settings " Others" >Option > Schedule setting " Paid leave grant function ": Apply
- Setting " Employee "> Employee type setting > [Edit] of the target category> Paid leave grant date: [ Paid leave related setting ]> " Leaves granted proportionally" table must be registered.

Calculated values for the weekly working hours vary depending on the settings of the following items.
Setting " Employee "> Employee type setting > [Edit] of the target category> Paid leave grant date: [Paid leave related setting]> "Please set the fixed number of working days per week (required)">
In the case of "○ day"
As a fixed value, the set number of scheduled working days per week x the contracted working hours of days will be used.
In the case of "Calculate the total working days per year based on the designated number of working days per week based on the working days of the year and all working days"
As the variable value, the number of working days per week calculated from the work record is used.
About granting part-time workers
Calculate the actual number of days granted by referring to the grant day setting table. The reference point is selected according to the fixed working hours per week. Please check the screen below.

If the specified working hours per week is less than 30 hours
It is given proportionally by referring to the line of "Fixed number of working days per week" according to the setting of the target person. To check the "fixed number of working days per week" of the target person,
