What is the calculation on the number of days of paid leave as of 0.5 years of service?

Requirement

Settings "Employees" > Employee type settings > Target category [Edit] > "Leave-related" category> "Granting paid holidays": [Settings related to paid holidays ] > "1. Please set the prescribed number of working days per week"> " Calculate the prescribed number of working days per week based on the working days of the year and all working days. "

In the above case, the number of days to be granted is determined by assuming the number of scheduled working days per week according to the " Number of scheduled working days per year" in the proportional grant days table .

Here, you can set the detailed assignment from the screen below.

Settings "Employees" > Employee type settings > Target category [Edit] > "Leave-related" category> "Granted paid holidays": [Sets related to paid holidays ]

Precautions
In the above figure, for employees who worked 200 days a year, the "prescribed number of working days per week" is 4 days depending on the number of scheduled working days per year.

Judgment content

The "prescribed number of working days per year" is the standard for working one year. At the time of six months of service, it is judged whether or not the number obtained by doubling the actual number of working days has reached the "prescribed number of working days per year" .

Attention!

Setting "Employee" > Employee type setting > [Edit] of the target category > Leave-related “Granting paid leave”: [Settings related to giving paid leave] > “1. Please set the prescribed number of working days per week” > Upper “○ days” If is set, "Annual scheduled working days" is not referenced. If the commuting rate meets 80%, it will be granted according to the employee's "prescribed number of working days per week" . This is the same for 0.5 years of service.
