If it has not been one year since the last grant date, the number of working days that are not fixed will be calculated based on the number of working days (actuals) + (365 days - the number of days within the period).

Prerequisites
The case of this content occurs when the following settings are set.
Setting for granting pay holidays
Settings > Employees > [Employee Type Settings] > Applicable Employee Type [Edit] > "Leave Related" Category > "Paid Leave Grant": [Paid Leave Related Settings] >
- Set the 1st base date : [6] months after the hired date, grant leave for the first time, and on the same date every year
- Set the 2nd base date : Grant all leave on [1] month [1] day
First of all, the first paid leave will be granted six months after the date of joining the company. After that, when it comes to the set grant date, we will grant paid holidays.
※Joined the company on April 1st, in the case dated January 1
How to calculate the number of days granted
Depending on whether you choose the following, the method of calculating the number of days granted is different.
Select "Set the number of workdays designated per week (0 days)"
If the attendance rate calculated by the number of working days ÷ all working days is 80% or more, you will be eligible for paid leave. In addition, we will grant paid leave based on the set number of working days per week and the number of years of service.
For example, in the proportional grant of days in the table below, if the number of working days per week is set to "5 days" and the attendance rate of employees with a service of 6.5 years is 80% or more, the number of days granted is calculated as 20 days.
Example of proportional grant days (statutory standard value)
Select "Calculate the total working days per year based on the designated number of working days per week"
Depending on the number of days of employees working annually, we will grant paid leave assuming the number of working days per week (see the attendance rate). If you do not have the prescribed number of working days per week, we recommend that you set it for each employee.
For example, in the proportional number of days granted in the table below, if an employee with a service of 6.5 years worked 200 days a year, according to the "number of prescribed working days per year", the "predetermined number of working days per week" is assumed to be 4 days (*1), and the number of days granted is calculated as 15 days. ( *2) (Because the number of working days is between 169 days and less than 217 days.)

How to calculate the number of days of work for employees
Select which day is counted as the number of working days in the working day table below. The number of days worked on the day you checked is calculated as the number of working days.

Details
Regarding the calculation of the number of days of paid leave granted, if you set the second base date of the grant date, it may not meet one year from the first grant to the second grant.
An example
Joined the company: April 1, 2018, grant date: January 1
The first (first) grant date
→ Granted on October 1, 2018, six months after joining the company
The second grant date
→ Granted: Granted on January 1, 2019
※It has not been a year on October 1, 2018 when the last grant was made, but it will be granted on January 1, 2019. We don't have a year from October 1, 2018 to January 1, 2019, so we don't have many working day results.
In such a case, the number of working days (actual) + (365 days - the number of days within the period) is treated as the number of working days.
Points
For parts less than one year from the previous grant date, all dates on the calendar will be regarded as attendance.
Calculation method
Example)
Initial grant date: October 1, 2020
Second grant date: January 1, 2021
Number of days within the period from the first time to the second grant date: 92 days
Total working days: 60 days
Working days: 32 days
If you choose the number of working days per week
1. Calculate a shortened period
The number of days between the first grant and the second grant is 92 days from October 1 to December 31
2. Calculate the number of working days as the number of days deemed to be considered
Total number of working days: 60 days + (365 days - 92 days) = 333 days
Number of days deemed to be working: 32 days + (365 days - 92 days) = 305 days
3. "2." Calculate the attendance rate based on the results
Number of working days ÷ Total working days × 100 = attendance rate (%).
305 days ÷ 333 days × 100 = 91.6%
4. Refer to the table of proportional number of days granted in the number of days granted
Since the attendance rate is 80% or more, you will be eligible for paid leave. Since the length of service is 1.5 years, 11 days will be granted.
If you select "Calculate the total working days per year based on the designated number of working days per week"
1. Calculate a shortened period
The number of days between the first grant and the second grant is 92 days from October 1 to December 31 (a)
2. Calculate the number of working days until the first grant and the second grant
It will be the number of working days between October 1 and December 31.
(The number of working days in the table is checked, and it will be the day when you have worked.)
For example, let's say 32 days. ( b)
3. Calculation of deemed work results
(b) + (365 days - (a)) = It will be a performance of deemed work.
32 days + (365 days - 92 days) = 305 days
4. Refer to the table of proportional number of days granted in the number of days granted
You will be granted 305 working days and 1.5 years of service, so 11 days will be granted.
