Is it possible to automatically detect absenteeism from work on days that are not recorded?

Currently not possible. You must manually assign the leave pattern "Absence" to absentee days.

However, you can extract the days without time record as time record error.

This makes it easy to assign absence patterns.



By the following settings, the time that has been assigned a work pattern but is not stamped will be displayed in the time record error .


Settings " Others」> Options settings >

Attendance data error settings> No time rec./Schedule」:Display> [Save]


Please note

The condition that causes an error is "There is no time record data on the day to which the normal work pattern is assigned." Therefore, schedule assignment is mandatory.
