By using the automatic schedule function, you can automatically register the base schedule for each affiliation and employment category.
In addition, there are slight differences in the setting screen and setting method depending on whether the customer's vacation acquisition method is "use leave type" or "use pattern", so please check here in advance.

You can set same schedules for multiple division or employment types (specified at Specify display condition) at once.
[Edit]
You can set auto schedules for each division or employee type.
[Copy]
Copy the auto-scheduling settings to another row.
*[Copy] is only a pattern that can be used in all division/ employee type.
Setting up
If you specify the display conditions in the auto schedule setting and press [Display], a list is displayed for each combination of division and employee type . Click [Edit] at the place you want to set.

Work day type | Select from "Weekdays", "Legal Time Off", and "Non-Legal Time Off". |
Schedule pattern | Select from the schedule patterns created in the pattern settings. |
Time zone | Select the time zone classification created in division setting. * Option "Time zone classification function": Displayed when "Use". |
Delete schedule | Delete the current contents of "Workday type" and "Pattern" for that day of the week. |
Select the basic schedule for each day of the above items and click the [Register] button.
For “Handling of “--””, select the handling of unselected items in this setting screen when updating the automatic schedule. For new schedule registration it does not affect if you choose "Do not update if a schedule exists".
Days applied when automatic schedules are assigned
The set automatic schedule will be assigned to a blank day that has not been assigned a schedule. It will not be overwritten for days (including --) that have already been assigned a schedule.
*Since days that have existing schedules will not be overwritten, you will need to register manually.
[Example] When an automatic schedule is set on August 1st
If the schedule pattern or [--] is already assigned until 08/05 (Sun), the automatic schedule [Regular work] will be applied from 08/06 ( Mon).
[Example] Number of days to apply automatic schedule: When "Days to apply Auto schedule" is set to 62
If you register an automatic schedule on 08/01, so when I look at the management screen on 08/02, it is reflected until 10/03.

Days to apply Auto schedule(※1)
Settings > Employees >Employee type setting > [Edit]> Schedule "Days to apply Auto schedule"」
If you enter a number between 1 and 62 days, an automatic schedule up to the specified number of days ahead will be assigned by the system's scheduled processing (at night time).
*Please note that it is not reflected immediately after registering.
*The schedule will not be overwritten on the days already assigned.
If you do not register the above (the number of days field is blank), an auto schedule will be assigned to the date at the time of stamping.
*If the "Days to apply Auto schedule" item is not displayed and you would like to use this function, please contact us from the inquiry form.
Changing and deleting auto schedules
Settings > Schedule > Auto schedule settings > Click [Add Schedule] or [Edit].
I want to delete the registered “Workday type” and “Pattern”
Check [Delete Schedule] and click [Save] to delete.
[Example] I want to delete both workday types and pattern for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday:

■ I want to change only the registered "workday type" or part of the "pattern"
To change the registered content to "--" , check "How to handle [--] "> select "Clear out existing schedule" and click [Save].
[Example] I want to change the workday type on Sunday from "legal holiday" to "--".
(Since the existing schedule "Legal holidays" exists, if you want to update with "---" check "How to handle [--] "> select "Clear out existing schedule" and click [Save].
