About the time displayed on the time recorder
It depends on the type of time recorder. We will show you how to get each type.
Desktop time recorder
Please refer to this article.
My Recorder / Mobile Browser Recorder / Cloud Recorder
It is displayed in synchronization with the time of the terminal (PC, smartphone, tablet) using the time recorder.
Time Recorder App
It is displayed in synchronization with the time of the terminal (smartphone) using the time recorder.
iPad version time recorder (chameleon code / face recognition)
The iPad version time recorder automatically acquires the difference (DIT) between the local terminal stamp (LT) and the server time (ST) by communicating with the server at the time of startup and once every 60 minutes. .. Therefore, the formula for calculating the time of the recorder and reception history displayed at the bottom left of the time clock is "local terminal stamping (LT) + difference at automatic acquisition (DIT)".
Pit Touch Pro 2
It is displayed in synchronization with the "NTP server" specified at the time of initial setting. After starting the terminal, connect to the NTP server and set the time. After that, the time is queried to the NTP server every 24 hours. If the connection to the NTP server fails, it will be queried again after 60 minutes. Only if the first connection fails after startup, the inquiry will be made again at intervals of 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 60 minutes thereafter. If you are using a network with a communication module or wireless LAN module, you may not be able to connect to the NTP server immediately after startup.
BT-2500
The time setting is retained in the terminal.
When connecting to the network
Once a day, the time is automatically synchronized with the "NTP server" set in the terminal.
When no network is connected
Since the time cannot be synchronized with the "NTP server", the retained time will shift. You need to manually adjust the time once a day (or when you confirm the time difference).
About the time displayed on the time card
The stamped data is basically sent to the server immediately. Since the time stamped immediately sent to the server is recorded as the server time, even if the time on the terminal side is off, it will be stamped at the correct time.
