How do you get a half-day leave?

Use pattern

Requirement

In order to get a half-day leave, the following three settings must be made.

 

1. Setting > Schedule > In the leave type setting , the "half-holiday" item of the target leave type is "Use".

2. In Settings> Schedule> Pattern settings , the "all day vacation pattern" for the target vacation is created.

* It is controlled so that the half-holiday type is displayed only for employees who can acquire the all-day leave pattern.

 

3. Settings> Schedule> Pattern settings , "AM work pattern registration" and "PM work pattern registration" are set.

*The schedule will be set on the day you take the half-day leave.

Acquisition method

We will explain the case where the administrator operates and the case where the employee applies for acquisition.

 

When the administrator operates

1. Click [Edit] of the target user in All menu> Schedule management .

 

2. Select the pattern that you originally planned to work in "Pattern" of the copy source schedule. Open "Detailed item settings" and select "AM vacation" or "PM vacation" in "Half vacation type". Please check the "Copy" field of the acquisition date and register.

* When registering a half-day leave, please be careful not to select the full-day leave pattern as the pattern.

When an employee applies

1. Log in to the time card and click [Schedule application].

 

2. Select "AM vacation" or "PM vacation" in "Half vacation type" of the target day. Enter the "request message" and click [Apply]. The approver will be notified of the application details. Once approved, you will have 0.5 days off.
