In the paid holiday grant-related settings, it is possible to set the paid holiday grant according to the rules of each company.
In this article, I will explain the setting when paid leave is granted in installments without waiting for 6 months after joining the company, and how the setting gives paid leave.
Grants will be given in installments on the day of joining the company, and the grant date 6 months later will be the grant date each year.
Management screen top page> Settings> Employees> [Employee type settings]> [Edit]> "Leave-related" category> [Paid leave-related settings] for the relevant Employee type are set as follows.
- Scheduled working days per week: 5 days
- 1st reference date: The first grant will be made 6 months after the date of joining the company , and will be the date of grant every year.
Check by setting "Split grant: Grant 5 days 0 months after joining the company " * - Second reference date: None
* "Give 5 days 0 months after joining the company" is synonymous with "Give 5 days after joining the company".
Example of joining the company on April 1
Normally, 10 days will be granted for the first time 6 months after the hire date, and 5 days will be granted on the hire date (split grant date) and on October 1st, 6 months later. After the second grant date, it will be granted on October 1st every year.
