What is scheduled work?

Scheduled work is the scheduled working time calculated from "Clock-in schedule / clock-out schedule", "Scheduled break", and "Scheduled break hours".

* The automatic break set in the employee type is not considered (exception is when it is used for the "overtime start time" described in the "function to use the scheduled time" in this article and the "reference time" for the variable work setting . Will be considered).

On the work data edit screen (daily data> select and display the relevant day> [Edit] of the target person), you can check "work / leave schedule", "break schedule", and "break schedule time".

For example, if the following is registered,

  • Clock-in schedule ……………… 09:00
  • Clock-out schedule ……………… 18:00
  • Break start ……………… 12:00
  • Break end ……………… 13:00
  • Scheduled break time …… No registration

The schedule time is 8 hours, which is the sum of 3 hours from 09:00 to the start of the break and 5 hours from 13:00 to the end of the break to 18:00.

Scheduled work when taking half a day off

It depends on whether you want to calculate the discretionary leave hours .

If you do not calculate the discretionary leave hours

The scheduled time is the clock-in schedule / clock-out schedule of the "AM work pattern" or "PM work pattern" assigned on the relevant day.

When calculating the discretionary leave hours

The schedule time is the sum of the clock-in schedule / clock-out schedule of the "AM work pattern" or "PM work pattern" assigned on the relevant day and the discretionary working hours when the halfday is taken.

Example 1

How to take leave When taking AM paid leave in the environment of " Use leave type", pattern setting> Half-day work category has the following settings

"Clock-in schedule / clock-out schedule " when going to work in the afternoon ... 14: 00-18: 00

The schedule time for taking AM paid leave is the sum of the 4 hours from 14:00 to 18:00 when the employee is scheduled to go to work in the afternoon and the 4 hours from 9:00 to 13:00 when the discretionary working hours are from 9:00 to 13:00. It will be 8 hours.

Example 2

How to take leave When taking AM paid leave in the " Use pattern " environment, pattern setting> Half-day work category has the following settings

"Clock-in schedule / clock-out schedule " when going to work in the afternoon ... 14: 00-18: 00

“Working hours without half a day off” ……… 4 hours
