[Smartphone app (Admin)] the operation method

The administrator's smartphone app (GPS Attendance Management for KING OF TIME [for administrators]) you can configure punch locations and settings. Additionally, you can also handle schedule requests and approve or reject timekeeping requests. We will explain the operation methods.* Please refer to this article for instructions on how to install and initialize the administrator app .

Menu list

You can switch the display screen by tapping the icon at the bottom of the screen.

1 Application approval You can check the applications that have been received and are waiting for request approval, and approve or reject them (Click here for details ).
2 Time record place You can add, disable, or delete time record locations.

 

Tap the round icon at the top right of the screen to display the settings menu.

1 Use device user authentication

Off
User authentication on the smartphone (such as fingerprint recognition or facial recognition) is not performed during time record.

2 Use geofencing

Off
You can time record from any location. There are no specific restrictions on time record locations.

Location information will be recorded.


On
You will be restricted to time record only at the set time record locations.

3 Geofencing radius (meter range) Set the range that can be recorded when "Use geofencing" is turned on. Can be set up to 500 meters.
4 Help The app version will be displayed. Tap to go to online help.
5 Sign out Sign out of the app.

 

If you do not want to limit the time record location

If you want to be able to time record from anywhere without restricting the time record location, turn off "Use geofencing".

Add time record location

Multiple time record locations can be registered. On the time record location list screen, tap [Add time record location] and set the time record location name and the location.

Disable/delete time record location

Time record locations that are no longer in use can be disabled or deleted. Once disabled or deleted, the corresponding time record location will no longer be displayed on the employee app when using geofencing.

1. On the time record location list screen, tap the time record location you want to disable or delete.

2. If you want to disable it, turn off the "Enable" switch button and tap [Save].

*If you want to enable it again, turn on the switch button.

If you no longer want to use the corresponding time record location and want to delete it, tap the trash can icon. The deletion is immediate and will no longer be displayed in the list.

*This operation cannot be canceled.
