I will explain the points to check when the "paid leave grant target person" is not displayed even after the grant date has passed, or the number of days granted is not calculated correctly even though the "paid leave grant function" is used.
Case 1: Those who are eligible for paid leave are not displayed
Case 2: It is displayed to those who are eligible for paid leave, but the "number of days granted" is not calculated correctly.
1. Check the preset settings
If all of the following 4 points are not met, it will not be displayed in "Persons eligible for paid leave".
(1) Settings > Others > Options > "Schedule settings" category >Is the "paid leave grant function" set to "apply"?
(2) Setting > Employee > Employee type setting> [Edit] of the relevant category > “Leave-related” category > “Paid leave related setting” > Are the items in [Perform settings related to annual paid leave] set?
* Please see here for details on the setting method.
(3) Employee > Employee settings > [Edit] of the relevant employee > "Employment info" category >Is the "hired date" set?
(4)Have you made the above three settings correctly by the day before the grant date ?
* If you set it after the grant date has passed, you will not be eligible for the grant.
2. Check if the grant conditions are met
If the following grant conditions are not met, it will be displayed in "Persons eligible for paid leave", but the "Number of days granted" will be calculated as [0 days].
First of all, please check the setting of "Set the number of workdays designated per week (Required)".
The conditions for granting will change depending on the settings, so first of all, settings > Employees > Employee type settings >[Edit] of the relevant category > “Leave-related” category > “Granting paid holidays” > [Paid Leave-related Settings] > “Check the settings in the "1. Set the number of workdays designated per week (Required)
" category.
Scheduled number of working days per week: Confirmation points when "○ days" is set
→ Attendance rate (number of working days ÷ total number of working days x 100) is 80% Is it over?
If the attendance rate is less than 80%, the number of days granted will be displayed as [0 days].
Scheduled number of working days per week: Confirmation points when "Calculate the scheduled number of working days per week based on the number of working days in the year and all working days" is set.
→ Does the "number of working days" exceed the "number of scheduled working days per year"?
"Number of working days" is set> Employees> Employee type setting> [Edit] of the applicable category> "Leave-related" category> "Granting paid leave"> [Paid Leave-related Settings]> "4. Enter the number of days granted proportionally" If it is less than any of the "Designated number of working days per year" set in designated workday row, the number of days granted will be displayed as [0 days].
Immediately after the introduction, it is recommended to manually grant paid leave.
Since the "paid leave grant function" calculates the number of days granted based on the work record of the past year, the number of days granted may not be calculated correctly immediately after the introduction of this system. It is recommended to give it manually for about one year after introducing this system. Please refer to here for the method of manual grant .
