What kind of settings are required to calculate the number of days of paid leave, assuming that the period of taking maternity leave and childcare leave is also considered a workday?

If you are using the " paid leave grant function ", we will explain the settings for calculating the number of days granted, assuming that you have attended work even during the period of taking maternity leave and childcare leave.

It can be used not only for "prenatal and postnatal leave" and "childcare leave," but also for "nursing leave" and "work-related accident leave."

Regarding the granting of paid leave for the following year for those who take maternity leave / childcare leave (Labor Standards Act)
Paid leave is granted when 80% or more of all working days are attended. The Labor Standards Law stipulates that during the period of "prenatal and postnatal leave" and "childcare leave", even if the employee is not working, he / she is considered to have attended work and is granted paid leave.

About leave prepared at the time of account issuance
