Yes this is possible.
Currently, there are two types of leave acquisition methods: schedule pattern setting and leave type setting. The settings differ depending on which method you are using, so first check the article below to see which one your environment corresponds to.
* The default when issuing an account after June 16, 2020 is "Use leave type setting".

When using leave method "use pattern"
Overview of the function
This is a function that automatically increases the remaining number of substitute time-off when the work set for more than the specified time occurs on the day set as "substitute time-off".
Preset
Create leave type
Set basic information in Settings> Schedule> Leave type settings > [+ Create New].
Item name | Description |
---|---|
Name | Enter an arbitrary name (such as "Off in lieu"). |
Half-day vacation | Select whether half holiday can be used. |
Leave Balance Adjustments | Select "subtract" when using the substitute function. |
Grant substitute time-off for substitute clock-in schedule | Please select "Granting schedule to give credit" and enter the rules for granting credit. If you work more than the time set here on the transfer work day, 0.5 days or 1 day will be automatically granted. *If you do not set any time, if you work for 1 minute, 1 day will be added. |
Allow negative numbers | Check if you can not get when the number of remaining days is negative. |
Effective period | After the expiration date specified here, the number of balances left will expire and you will not be able to obtain the balance. |
Create a leave pattern
In Settings> Schedule> Pattern settings > [+Create New], set and register the following items.

Schedule type | Select "All-day vacation". |
Vacation unit | Select "All day". |
Leave type | Select the leave type (off in lieu) created above. |
Grant substitute work day
There are two ways to set the substitute work day.
- Manual application each time
- Create a pattern and grant substitute time off automatically
Manual application each time
All menu > Daily data > Specify date and [Display]> [Edit] of target person>
Select "leave type created for substitute time off grant" in "Substitute clock-in" in "Edit regular schedule" and click [Save].
If you work more than the time specified in "Grant substitute time-off" in the leave type setting, the number substitute time off grant will increase.

Settings> Schedule> Pattern settings> [+ Create New], set the following items and register.

Schedule type | Select "Normal work". |
Plan | Enter any time. If you have not decided, you can leave it blank. |
Break setting 1-3 | Enter any time. If you have not decided, you can leave it blank. |
Force settings for substitute clock-in | Select the leave type (e.g off in lieu) you created. |
All menus > Daily data > Specify a date and click [Display] > Target user's [Edit] > Select " Pattern" you created above in "Pattern" dropdown in "Edit regular schedule" and click [Save].
If you work more than the time specified in "Grant substitute time-off" in the leave type setting, the number substitute time off grant will increase.
Apply for substitute time-off
Allocate a substitute time-off pattern from the work data edit screen or schedule registration screen on the day on which you want to obtain a substitute time-off. It will be allocated for 1 day and subtracted from the remaining days.
When using vacation method "use leave type"
