When clocking-in with an IC card, what part of the card information is registered?

It refers to a 16-digit code called "ICcardUID" or "FeliCa IDm".On the management screen, these are collectively referred to as "ICcardUID".

*This 16-digit code is information stored in the chip inside the card and is not printed on the surface of the card.

How to check IC card UID

If an employee has registered an IC card in this system, the ICcardUID confirmation method is as follows.

1. Frequently used menu “Export/Import” >

Data output (export) [employee data [CSV]] >

Select the target type and employee type and click [Data Output].

2. Employee data (name, date of employment, employee type, etc.) will be output in a csv file, so check the code from "ICcardUID".

Supplement: Why the number of digits changes when outputting
When the code is output, the number of digits may remain 16 digits or may change to 20 digits. This is because "0000" is added to "ICcard UID" by this system in order to distinguish between "ICcardUID" and "FeliCa IDm", and it becomes "16 digits + 0000 = 20 digits".
