If you want to give the first grant on April 1st or October 1st depending on the time of joining the company, there are the following three methods.
Please operate by either method.
・ For the first time, it will be given manually.
Set as above, and respond manually for the first time.
When the alert for those who are eligible for paid leave is displayed 6 months after joining the company, the operation is rejected .
・ Create two employee types
Create two employee types for joining the company in the first half and joining the second half, and make the following settings.
[Employee type setting for joining the company in the first half of the year]
1st reference date: 6 months after joining the company
Second reference date: October 1st
Check to give priority to the second base date
[Employee type setting for joining the company in the second half]
1st reference date: 6 months after joining the company
Second reference date: April 1st
Check to give priority to the second base date
・Use the employee-specific paid leave setting function
By setting "Priority is given to the second base date", it is possible to grant April 1st and October 1st only for the first time, but in this case, it will not be possible to grant separately for the first half and the second half after the second time. increase. See the next chapter for details.

First grant date
If the "second base date" comes before the "first base date", refer to the "second base date". The second base date is April 1st in the first half or October 1st in the second half.
Second and subsequent grant dates
The date set as the "second base date" will be the second and subsequent grant dates. If you set the second reference date to "April 1st", it will be "April 1st" from the second time onward regardless of the date of joining the company .
