Please check first
There are two types of leave acquisition methods: old type: "use leave pattern" and new type: "use leave type". The settings will change depending on which method is applied, so please refer to this to check your usage status. In addition, "use of leave type" is applied to accounts issued after June 16, 2020...

How to take leave In the case of "use pattern"

Please check the following three points.

1. Is the date in the future?

Discretionary working hours will be recorded after the date of taking the leave. If you plan to take leave on a future day, it will not be counted until that day, so please check after that day.

2. Have you set "AM/PM half-day in the morning / afternoon"?

Settings > Schedule > Pattern settings  > Click [Edit] for the target work pattern.

Please check whether "AM / PM half-holiday non-working hours" is set in "AM work pattern registration" or "PM work pattern registration" .

If discretionary work is not set, enter and register it, and then recalculate the attendance data .

3. Have you set "Addition to the specified time when taking half-day leave / hourly leave"?

Settings > Employees > Employee type settings > [Edit] of the relevant category > [Details] of the leave-related category > Whether the target leave type is checked by adding to the specified time when taking half-day leave / hour leave and save.

If it is not checked, check and register the leave for which discretionary working hours are recorded, and recalculate the attendance data .
