Yes this is possible.

* Internal settings at the support center are required for use. Please contact the support center to let us know that you would like to add the "email template setting function".

Checklist 

There are some things to check when editing each template.

If these items are not met, you will not be able to change various templates, so please check before setting each template.

Request approval setting

It is assumed that one of the following is checked in Settings > Others > Options > "Request approval email notification function" . (If unchecked, the "Mail Template Settings" menu will not be displayed.)

• Notify approver of requests and cancellations via emails
• Notify requester of approval and rejection via email

Missing time record notification template

Settings > Other > Notification Settings > Missing time record reminder tab at, it is the premise that contains the set missing time record notification. Please refer to here for the setting method .

Unsubmitted overtime notification template

Settings > Other > Notification Settings > Unsubmitted overtime notification tab at, is it assumes that contains the set of Unsubmitted overtime notification. Please refer to here for the setting method .

Alert notification template

Settings > Other > Notification Settings > Alert Notification tab at, assumes that you have entered the setting of the alert notification. Please refer to here for the setting method .

* To set this alert notification, it is necessary to set the alert , "Monthly alert and using" or more "and" Exceed "as the target alert standard" . Please be careful.

Expiration leave notice template

Settings > Other > Notification Settings >  Expiration leave notification tab at, assumes that you have entered the setting of the expiration leave notice. Please refer to here for the setting method .

Attendance error notification template

It is assumed that the attendance error notification setting is entered in Settings > Other > Notification settings > Attendance error notification tab . Please refer to here for the setting method .

Template for notification of obligation to take paid holidays 5 days a year

It is assumed that the error work notification setting is entered in the Settings > Others > Notification settings > 5 days a year paid leave acquisition obligation notification tab . Please refer to here for the setting method .

Email template setting procedure

1. In Settings  > Administrator  > Email Template Settings  , select the template you want to edit and click the [Select] button.

* If there is no saved template, the initial template will be displayed.

2. Edit the text freely and click the [Confirm] button.

(1)  Template name

The name of the template being edited is displayed.

(2)  Tag selection

You can insert the content (name, application date, etc.) displayed in the email as a tag.

Select the tag you want to insert and click the [← Add] button to insert the tag in the body.

* For details on each tag, refer to "What is tag insertion?".

(3)  Sender's email address

You can change the sender of the application approval email to any email address.

(4)  Email subject

You can change the subject of the application approval email. You can also insert tags in the subject.

(5)  Header

You can change the first sentence of the email body.

* Not displayed depending on the type of template.

(6)Details 

You can change the text in the column that displays the target person in the body of the email.

* If the template does not have a header and footer, enter the full text here.

(7)  Footer

You can change the text at the end of the email body.

* Not displayed depending on the type of template.

(8)Confirmation

Click to move to the confirmation screen.

(9)  Return the selected template to the initial state

Click to return the template to the default text.

3. Confirm the entered information and click the [Register] button.

(1) The entered tag can be replaced with a character string.

If you want to change the replacement character string, change the "Replacement character string" and click the [Tag Replacement] button at the bottom of the screen.

(2) You can check the content of the application approval email after tag replacement. Data in parts, you can switch the display before string replacement.
