table of contents
How to distinguish
Log in to the management screen and click Settings> Schedule> Pattern Settings. In the "Specify display conditions" field, check the "Schedule type" options.
If the option is "all day leave", it is a "pattern use" environment.
If there is no "all day leave" in the options, it is an environment of "use vacation category".
supplement
"Use vacation classification" is applied to accounts issued after June 16, 2020.
About the difference in specifications
The differences between the specifications are as follows.
1. Difference in initial settings
"Pattern use" environment
After creating the "Leave type", you need to create the "All Day Vacation Pattern".
"Leave type use" environment
Create only "Leave type".
2. Differences in how to take leave
"Pattern use" environment
When taking full-day leave, select "All-day leave pattern" (paid leave, substitute leave, etc.) in the "Pattern" field.
When taking half-day leave, select "Regular work pattern" in the "Pattern" field, and select "AM leave" or "PM leave" in the "Half-holiday type".
"Leave type use" environment
Select "Regular work pattern" in the "Pattern" field, and select "Type" (paid leave, paid leave, etc.) and "Unit" (full-day leave, AM half-holiday, PM half-holiday, etc.) in the "Leave type" field.
3. Differences in setting and calculation methods for discretioanry working hours
"Pattern use" environment
- Set "Discretionary working hours" for the all- day leave pattern .
- Discretionary working hours will be added to the "fixed hours" . It cannot be added to the "late-night hours".
- If even one employee wants to divide "discretionary working hours" according to working days, it is necessary to prepare multiple patterns.
"Leave type use" environment
- Set "Discretionary working hours" for the normal working pattern .
- Record clock-in / clock-out schedule: The time slot from the clock-in schedule set in the pattern to the clock-out schedule is regarded as the working time.
- Record the discretionary working hours: The input field for the discretionary working start / end time will be expanded, and the time slot set here will be the discretionary working hours. It is used when the working hours do not match with the scheduled work / leaving schedule (core time start / end time) such as flex work.
- Discretionary working hours will be added to "fixed time" or "late-night fixed hours" based on the time slot of "discretionary clock-in / clock out" or "discretionary fix work start / end time" .
- Since the discretionary working hours are calculated according to the regular working pattern registered as a set with the leave type, it is possible to change the "discretionary working hours" of one employee depending on the day.
