Requirement
It is required that "contracted working hours per day" has been set. "Daily Contract Work Hours" is registered in the employee type settings or employee settings .
Employee type setting
Settings > Employees > Employee type settings> Target category [Edit]>Expand [Details] item in the "Basic info" category > [Daily Contract Work Hours]
Employee setting
Settings > Employees > Employee Settings> [Edit] for the target employee> Expand the [Details] item in the [Employment Information] category > [Contracted working hours per day]
*If both of the above are set, the employee's "Contracted working hours per day" will be applied.
Setting method
1. Click [Edit] in Settings > Schedule > Leave type settings.
2. Select "Apply" in the "Leave by Hours" item to register. For subtractive vacations, you can also choose to "use (up to 1-5 days)". By choosing this, you can limit the number of days that you are entitled to leave as an hourly leave in a year.
*If you want to add the leave hours to the specified hours as deemed working hours, please set the following.
3. Settings > Employee type settings > [Edit] of target categories> Expand [Details] item in "Leave-related" category>
Check the target leave type in the "Addition to Fixed time when obtaining half-day or hourly leave" item.
In addition, please also set "Discretionary vacation time's overtime calculation" under it. If you want to count overtime only by actual working hours, select "Do not include". Select "Include" if you want to count overtime as the total number of working hours regarded as actual working hours.
How to get time off
The application method differs depending on whether the leave management method is "old" or "new" specification.

1. Daily data > Click [Edit] for the applicable day and applicable employee to display the edit work data screen.
2. Enter the "Start time" and "Acquisition time" in the "Leave by hours" item and click [Save].
Leave management method Acquisition method for "new specifications" ……
1. Daily data > Click [Edit] for the applicable day and applicable employee to display the edit work data screen.
2. Enter the "Start time" and "End time" in the "Leave by hours " item and click [Save].
In addition, even for customers with the leave management method "new specifications", customers with the leave acquisition method " use leave type " will use the following operation method.
1. Daily data> Click [Edit] for the relevant day / employee to display the work data edit screen.
2. Select the type of leave to be taken in the "Type" field, and select "Hourly vacation" in "Acquisition unit". Enter the "Start Time" and "End Time" and click [Save].
Caution
- When you take an hourly leave, it cannot be taken in a time period that overlaps with the break start time to the break end time. An error will occur.
- If the time range of the break start time to the break end time overlaps, change the break start time to the break end time.
