It is possible. You can manage by creating a schedule pattern for remote work or holidays as a vacation schedule and registering the pattern.
You can also set it so that it is not included in the attendance rate for giving paid leave.
Schedule registration
The operation differs depending on whether the vacation acquisition method is "use pattern" or "use leave type".
Please refer to here for which environment is your company.
Use pattern
1. Create a leave schedule. Settings > Schedule >Leave type setting > [Create New] > Enter the name as "Standby at home" and set the calculation method of the number of leaves for leave acquisition to "Additional". Set the other items as desired and click [Register].
2. Click Administration> Home> Settings> Schedule> Pattern settings> [Create New].
3. Enter the pattern name as "Stand by" and select the schedule type as "All day vacation". Select "Standby at home" as the vacation category and register.
Note
If you want to record the "fixed hours" on the day when you register the above leave schedule as well as the normal working day, click [Details] in "Leave information"> set "Discretionary working hours".If you check the item below the field for entering the number of hours, the number of hours of "contract working hours per day" set in the employee type setting or employee setting will be counted as the specified time.
4. Register the created schedule pattern to the target employee. Management screen Home > "Frequently used menus" > Schedule management > Display by target division, employee type, period, and click [Save].
5. Select "Stand by" in the pattern of "(1) Copy source schedule", click the day you want to register in "(2) Schedule table", and click [Save].
Use leave type
1. Create a vacation schedule. Settings > Schedule >Leave type setting > [Create New] > Enter the name as "Standby at home" and set the calculation method of the number of leaves for leave acquisition to "Additional". Set the other items as desired and click [Register].
Note
If you want to record the "fixed time" on the day when you register the above leave schedule as well as the normal work day, check "Calculate" of "Calculation of vacation deemed working time" at the bottom.
2. Register the leave you created in the schedule of the target employee. Management screen Home > "Frequently used menus" > Schedule management > Display by target division , employee type period, and click [Schedule registration].
3. Click “Detailed item settings” of “(1) Copy source schedule”> Select “vacation category” type “home waiting” and acquisition unit “all day unit”. Click the day you want to register in "(2) Schedule table" and click [Save].
If you want to record the deemed working hours, please set by referring to the following.
There are two ways to set deemed working hours.
- Scheduled time to go to work is recorded as working hours without vacation
- Set the working hours without vacation separately from the scheduled time of attendance and departure
Scheduled time to go to work is recorded as working hours without vacation
If you want to add the same hours as your usual work pattern to the work hours without leave, please set the following items.
Settings > Schedule > Pattern settings > Work pattern [Edit] > Click [Details] in the “Schedule” category > Select “Attendance schedule” in “Discretionary working hours”
Set the working hours without vacation separately from the scheduled time of attendance and departure
If you want to include hours other than the scheduled time of attendance and departure, such as flex work, as working hours without vacation, please set the following.
1. Settings > Schedule > Pattern settings > Work pattern [Edit] > Click [Details] in the “Schedule” category > Select “Record deemed working hours” in “Deemed working hours”
2. Enter "discretionary work start time" and "discretionary work end time"
How to exclude from attendance calculation for paid leave
It is possible not to include the days of remote work in the attendance calculation for paid leave. Since it is set in the employee type settings, make the following settings for each employee type.
Management screen Home > Settings > Employees > [Employee type setting] > Click [Edit] of the target employee type > [Grant days setting] of "Available leave method".
If there is no check in the "Stand-by" at "Items to be counted as the number of working days and total working days that are used as the calculation standard for paid leave", the attendance rate will not be included in the calculation.
