Is it possible to manage "substitute time-off"?

Yes this is possible.

 

Overview of the "substitute time-off" function

This is a function that automatically increases the number of remaining holidays when you work over a specified time on a holiday. Holidays are days when the type of work day is "legal time-off" or "non legal time-off".

Currently, there are two types of leave acquisition methods: pattern usage type and leave usage type. The settings differ depending on which method you are using, so please check the article below.

※ The default when issuing an account after June 16, 2020 is "Use leave type setting".

When using vacation method "use pattern"

Confirmation of leave type settings

Click [Edit] in the settings "Schedule"> Leave type settings > "Daily leave" .

 

Basic information " Increase/ decrease ": Check "Increase due to time-off work" > Enter the time-off work hours accordingly and then [Register].

 

Confirmation of leave pattern settings

Settings [Schedule]> Pattern settings > [Close] [Edit]> Check if the following 3 items are set. Click here for details on schedule patterns.

  • Schedule type: “All-day leave”.
  • Holiday unit………………“All days”.
  • Vacation type………………“Substitute time-off”.

  

Register work day type

If a specific day of the week is a regular holiday, we recommend that you register the work day type in Settings "Schedule"> Automatic schedule settings. Click here for details on automatic schedule settings.

 

If there are no fixed holidays, schedule from All Menu> Schedule Management .

 

If a holiday (a day whose work day type is "legal holiday" or "non-legal holiday" ) is recorded and work exceeds the set standard time , the remaining number of substitute holidays will automatically increase.

 

Example:

  • "Increase/decrease in the number of holidays when going to work": "Increase by going to work on holidays"
    Half day for work of 4 hours 0 minutes or more, 1 day for work of 8 hours 0 minutes or more
  • Registered “legal time-off” by work day on Sunday, June 2
  • Attendance record 9:00 Attendance record 18:00

 

There are 8 working hours on the day when the type of work day is "holiday", so one day is automatically given as a substitute time-off.

 

How to get paid leave

Please assign a substitute time-off pattern from the work data edit screen or schedule registration screen on the day on which you want to get a substitute time-off. It will be recognised as 1 day and subtracted from the remaining days.

 

Example:

Acquired "substitute time-off" on June 4

 

It will be recognised as one day from the day off that was granted on June 2nd.

 

When using vacation method "use leave type"

Click [Edit] in the settings "Schedule"> Leave type settings > "Daily leave" .

 

Basic information " Increase/ decrease ": Check "Increase due to time-off work" > Enter the time-off work hours accordingly and then [Register].

* Schedule application for leave type only: Select "You can apply by entering only leave type ".

How to get paid leave

On the day when you take a substitute leave, assign the type: "substitute leave" and the acquisition unit "all-day leave" from the leave category on the work data edit screen or schedule registration screen. It is digested for one day and subtracted from the number of remaining days.
